About Zangmo Alexander

Zangmo Alexander has been training for 20 years with Mingyur Rinpoche, Ato Rinpoche and Tsoknyi Rinpoche in both Buddhist and secular awareness meditation traditions.

She was a Buddhist nun for seven years before returning to lay life.

​​

Zangmo also has an 8-week secular training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy with the University of Bangor.

 

She is a qualified coach, with a University of Cambridge Post Graduate Certificate in Education teaching qualification and a Masters Degree (with Distinction) in Fine Art.
